EMDR

EMDR is a well-researched standard of practice in working with trauma. EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are caused by traumatic experiences. Research shows that progress can be made more quickly with EMDR than traditional psychotherapy. EDMR uses dual attention stimulation (tapping, sound, visual stimulation) to unblock trapped trauma to allow healing to continue. EDMR is an 8-phase protocol that helps to stimulate the natural healing in your brain.
